We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled “Computational Approaches on Detecting non-coding RNA”, which we wish to be considered for publication in Computers in Biology and Medicine.
We believe that this manuscript will make it interesting to the molecular biology researchers. It gives a detailed review of the computation methods of non-coding RNA gene finding. Furthermore, the computation detection methods in deep sequencing data are also discussed.
